मनुष्य कितने प्रकार के होते है? Type of Humans

इस प्रकृति में सभी को तीन गुणों के आधार पर बांटा गया है, जिसमे मनुष्य की प्रकृति भी शामिल है। यहाँ से हमें पता चलता है कि मनुष्य कितने प्रकार के होते है। 

मनुष्य के तीन गुण हैं, सात्विक, राजस और तामस। 

सात्विक गुणों के मनुष्य -

अहिंसा, सत्य, चोरी न करना, संयम, लोभ न करना, क्रोध न करना, गुरु की सेवा, मन और शरीर की पवित्रता, संतोष, सही आचरण, आत्म-प्रशंसा से दूर रहना, आडंबर से दूर रहना, ईश्वर के अस्तित्व में दृढ़ विश्वास और दूसरों को किसी भी प्रकार की हानि न पहुँचाना - ये सभी मुख्यतः सात्त्विक गुण कहलाते हैं। 

राजसिक गुणों के मनुष्य -

मैं कर्ता हूँ, मैं भोक्ता हूँ, मैं वक्ता हूँ और मैं अहंकारी हूँ - ऐसे गुणों को ब्रह्मज्ञानी लोग राजस गुण कहते हैं।

तामसिक गुणों के मनुष्य -

निद्रा, आलस्य, मोह, इच्छा, मैथुन और चोरी को वेदों के व्याख्याता मनुष्य का तामस गुण कहते हैं। 

गुणों के आधार पर मनुष्य की गति -

1. सत्वगुण वाले ऊपर जाते हैं (अर्थात उच्चतर लोकों में) 
2. रजसगुण वाले बीच में रहते हैं (अर्थात पृथ्वी लोक में)
3. तामसगुण वाले नीचे जाते हैं (अर्थात नरक आदि में)

गुणों की पहचान  -

1. पूर्ण (या दिव्य) ज्ञान सात्त्विक गुण है
2. धर्म का ज्ञान राजस गुण है, 
3. और मानसिक अंधकार (अज्ञानता) तामस है।

How many types of humans in this World?

In this nature, everyone is divided on the basis of three qualities or nature, which also includes the nature of man. From here we come to know how many types of humans are there.

Man has three qualities, Satvik, Rajas and Tamas.

Man with Satvik qualities -

Non-violence, truth, not stealing, self-restraint, not being greedy, not getting angry, serving the Guru, purity of mind and body, contentment, right conduct, staying away from self-praise, staying away from ostentation, firm belief in the existence of God and not causing any kind of harm to others - all these are mainly called Satvik qualities.

Man with Rajasik qualities -

I am the doer, I am the enjoyer, I am the speaker and I am egoistic - such qualities are called Rajas qualities by the people who know Brahma.

Man of Tamasic qualities-

Sleep, laziness, attachment, desire, sexual intercourse, and theft are called Tamasic Gunas by the interpreters of the Vedas.

Man's Mukti based on Gunas -

1. Those with Sattva Guna go upwards (i.e. to higher worlds)
2. Those with Rajas Guna stay in the middle (i.e. on earth)
3. Those with Tamas Guna go downwards (i.e. to hell etc.)

Identification of Gunas -

• Perfect (or divine) knowledge is Sattvic Guna
• Knowledge of Dharma is Rajas Guna,
• And mental darkness (ignorance) is Tamasic.
